She Does Get Deadly

She went to school then college, got married and then took the next obvious step--divorce. Stephanie Plum led an ordinary life in the burg till she got laid off from her job as a lingerie buyer. Now, her only option is to threaten her cousin Vinnie into hiring her as a Bond Enforcement Agent a.k.a. Bounty Hunter.
When Moses Bedemeir a.k.a. Uncle Mo who sells candy to kids jumps bail Plum gets hot on his heels. Is Uncle Mo the respectful citizen of the burg he claims to be? Or does he have a few skeletons of his own in his neat and clean closet?
My only complaint is that I thought the relationship between Plum and Joe Morelli was stagnating. You could clearly see the progress they made in the first two books but not in the third. Hopefully, it’ll pick up again in the fourth. Also, you can see the progress Plum makes as a bounty hunter in the third book. She really does get deadly.
The book is as entertaining, funny and thrilling as it claims to be and it’s definitely worth a read.
